A full-stack internal enterprise platform built from scratch to run Palai Global Exports across two brands. The system integrates a self-hosted WhatsApp gateway on an Oracle Cloud VM (whatsapp-web.js + Puppeteer), a NodeMailer email engine with pixel-based open tracking, a Gemini AI copywriter for context-specific outreach, and a Proforma Invoice generator with live USD/INR exchange rates. Multilingual CSV ingestion handles Latin, Arabic, and Cyrillic trade directories into a normalized PostgreSQL schema.
